Tono Monogatari Yuzushu
A yuzu liqueur made with 100% yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture — the part of Japan best known for the fruit. Yuzu is not a substitute for lemon: it is more floral, more bitter at the edges, and far more aromatic, and a liqueur made with the real juice smells like it the moment it is poured.
The profile is clean and refreshing rather than sweet and heavy, and at 8% ABV it is the lightest of the three in this range.
