Terms of Service服务条款
These terms apply when you order from the Madam Seafood online shop. Please read them before you order. The shop is operated by Lee Mu Tsai Investment Pty Ltd (ABN 95 076 535 094), trading as Madam Seafood (“we”, “us”).

1. Your account
You need an account to order, and you must be at least 16. Keep your mobile number and contact details up to date — they are how we reach you about your order.
2. Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot accept it we will tell you and you will not be charged.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Fresh, unprocessed seafood is GST-free; prepared foods, condiments and cookware include GST. Your order shows the GST component.
3. Items sold by weight
Many of our items — whole fish, live crab, lobster and similar — are sold by weight, and no exact price exists until they are weighed.
For these items the price shown when you order is based on the top of the weight range for the size you chose. We weigh the actual item when we pack your order and charge you for the weight you get. The final price is the same or lower than the price shown — never higher.
If an item comes in outside the range you chose, we will contact you before charging you.
4. Paying
Unless the shop tells you otherwise at checkout, payment is taken when you collect your order.
Where the shop offers online payment, card payments are handled by Square. We never receive or store your card number.
If you save a card and your order contains items sold by weight, you are agreeing that we may charge that card for the final amount once your order has been weighed. That amount will never exceed the price shown when you ordered. You can remove a saved card from your account at any time.
5. Collection
You choose a collection point when you order. The collection day, the cut-off for ordering, and the opening window for each point are shown at checkout and on the Collection page — those are the times that apply, and they can change.
Seafood is perishable, so please collect within the window shown. If you cannot make it, contact us before the cut-off. We cannot guarantee an order left uncollected.
6. Availability and substitutions
We sell fresh produce and supply varies with the catch and the season. Occasionally we cannot supply something you have ordered, or can supply only part of it. If that happens we will not charge you for what we did not supply, and your order total is adjusted accordingly. We do not substitute a different product without asking you first.
7. Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as early as you can. Orders due for collection within 24 hours cannot be amended or cancelled. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
8. Returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable, returns are time-limited and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. The full policy, including the time limits and how to start a claim, is on the Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms.
9. Rewards points
If you take part in the rewards programme, the Rewards Programme Terms apply to earning and using points.
10. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
11. Using the site
Please do not misuse the shop — no attempting to interfere with it, no ordering on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account being used that way.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
