Traditionally taken warm, in the morning or between meals. Stand the sealed bottle in hot water for a few minutes, or drink at room temperature.

食用方式：
传统上于早晨或两餐之间温热饮用。可将未开封瓶身置于热水中数分钟，亦可常温饮用。
